Different Minds. One Vision.

Hi, i’m Irene.

Irene Ndarua

We believe great design begins with seeing beyond the obvious. Our approach is not confined to a single style or way of thinking. Instead, we draw on our cross-sector experience, design flair and environmental conscience to explore each project from multiple perspectives, finding thoughtful solutions that respond to both people and place.

Our work brings together strategic thinking, creativity and technical understanding, balancing the operational, financial and environmental dimensions of every project to achieve design outcomes that are both inspired and purposeful.

Irene Ndarua is an Architect and Interior Designer whose work brings together international experience, design insight and a deep understanding of context.

With a career spanning the UK and Kenya, Irene has worked across commercial, educational, residential, retail and leisure projects. Her UK experience included the delivery of high-end commercial interiors for prominent clients such as BAE, Rio Tinto, BPA and Morgan Stanley.

Since returning to Kenya in 2010, she has expanded her portfolio to include educational developments, retail and residential projects, commercial offices and large-scale masterplanning. Her current work ranges from the design of a 50-acre campus masterplan to architectural and interior design projects across diverse sectors.

Irene’s approach is rooted in seeing the bigger picture while paying attention to the details that bring a space to life. Her international experience, combined with her knowledge of the Kenyan context, allows her to create environments that are considered, functional and distinctly responsive to the people and places they serve.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Architecture and a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from South Bank University, UK, and is a registered architect in both Kenya and the UK. She is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architectural Association of Kenya
